HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically process all orders within 24 hours and ship within 2-4 business days. In some cases, production time for custom products may be longer.

 

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

At the present time, we ship to the USA only. Orders typically arrive within 4-14 business days with Express Shipping and 2-4 weeks with Standard Shipping. Please see the individual product page to find out which shipping method applies to your order.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way. If for any reason you have not received your tracking number or your order, please email us: info@chihuahuatreats.com or use our Contact Form, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

 

If taxes or fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
